Colorful Mini-PC. Today, Colorful officially introduced the CMNH01-12450, a Mini-PC model based on the 12th Gen Core CPU series called Alder Lake-H45, which can be considered a bit outdated. With this move, they have entered a highly competitive market where many brands offer systems with Intel and AMD CPUs at attractive prices. It’s worth noting that Colorful has not yet announced pricing for this system.
The Mini-PC has a Core i7-12450H, an 8-core processor with 8 high-performance P cores and 4 efficient E cores. Obviously this isn’t the highest-end CPU out there, and it’s definitely aimed at the budget segment. This PC doesn’t boast any special features, but it does offer 2.5 GbE networking, PCIe Gen4 SSD support, and up to 64GB of DDR4-3200 memory (not DDR5). Although it has space for an internal Wi-Fi network card, it doesn’t appear to be included in this system.

Regarding Colourful’s upcoming plans, they confirmed that they are working on Core Ultra 5 125H and AMD Ryzen 7 8845H systems. The former features a 14-core (4P+8E+2LP) processor from the latest “Meteor Lake” series, while the latter specifically features a 45W version of the 8-core HawkPoint Zen4 processor.
Both systems are expected to be more impressive thanks to powerful integrated graphics cards. The 125H will be equipped with 7 Xe-Core, while the 8845H will have 12 RDNA3 compute units, providing enough capacity to play mainstream games.
The release of these systems is expected to take place in the coming weeks, possibly at the biggest event of the year COMPUTEX.
